.% - We love exploring the terroir of Texas grains. For our latest exploration, we received Texas-grown Bloody Butcher corn from our friends at Barton Springs Mill. Bloody Butcher is a th century corn varietal originally from North Carolina. The Bloody Butcher we used for Bloodpact was grown in New Braunfels, TX. The grist is % Weyermann Barke Pilsner and % unmalted Bloody Butcher corn. The rich, earthy flavor from the corn is a perfect complement to the Texas fall.

.% - This is a real treat for any drinker who enjoys a malt focused beer. Brass Boots is imbued with a tantalizing deep orange hue from English Maris Otter, Dark Crystal and Honey Malts. The aroma is nuanced and reminiscent of dried fruits developing into freshly baked oatmeal cookie as you sip. The flavor follows suit with rustic bread crust, toasted almond and burnt sugar.

.% - I got a fever and the only prescription is more cowbell and more Riwaka. This fresh track is a dynamite pale ale that will have you exploring the space. Made with percent New Zealand Riwaka hops this pale ale has all the tropical notes to give you a smash hit.

% - Hazy Imperial IPA. A powerfully aromatic hazy hop concoction utilizing advanced CryoTM hop processing techniques of Citra, Amarillo, and Mosaic varietals.

.% ABV - We made this batch of Daphne nice and clear for more defined aromas of lemon and lime, orange candy, and geranium blossom come together with the crackery malt forming something reminiscent of a certain children’s fruit cereal. The flavor is clean and balanced with juicy hops and bready malt and a lingering grassy bitterness. Hops: Strata, Centennial and NZ Motueka

.% - West Coast IPA brewed with Citra, Nelson and Columbus

.% - California Style Pilsner. Long drinking sessions will be sustained with this crisp and hoppy Lager which is mashed with Italian grown pilsner malt, fermented cold and then lightly dry hopped with Strata as well as a touch of Mosaic and Talus. A fine aroma of light tropical fruit and whole cluster chenin blanc are followed by flavors of honey drizzle white wheat cracker and dried melon and mango.

.% - HEADSMAN is a modern West Coast style IPA - very pale, light and zippy on the the pallet - that has a KILLER (haha, dude.) hop profile. Hopped hot side with the dankest CTZ we could find, Citra, and HBC - we laid down an aromatic base of stoner metal fruit snacks. Then, post fermentation, we CHOPPED UP bags of more HBC , Citra, Simcoe, Mosaic & a touch of our favorite @freestylehops Nelson. This combo EXECUTED an oily, saturated finished beer with the perfect blend of fruity aroma varietal hop character, but backed by enough grungy dankness to balance.

% - The very first Cellarmaker IPA! With Nelson Sauvin, Galaxy, and Simcoe hops. Aromas of mango and overripe passion fruit, lychee and rambutan, pine, and a slight diesel character from the Nelson Sauvin. The flavor is a burst of fruity resinous pine which transitions to an assertive bitterness supported by the peppery, oily rye. Slang some hops in yo’ face!

.% - Secret Experimental Hop HBC XXXX & Citra. Let's keep this one JUST BETWEEN US. Through the tight-lipped pipelines of [REDACTED] we were able to procure a hop so secret, it remains nameless until [REDACTED]. This is HBC-XXXX, a brand new experimental varietal that smells like [XXXX] and tastes of [XXXX]. We packed this Hazy IPA with it and cushioned with some Citra to prevent panic from the masses due to concerning crushability. Field reports describe a hazy peach-hued pour with bursting aromas of mango, honeysuckle, and lychee. One agent described flavors of juicy nectarine and grapefruit; he left with a case and is MIA. You know your mission: grab a can and make it disappear immediately.

.% - Hold on, wait - LET ME CONTEMPLATE. There's something heady about this hazy. Full of Mosaic, Strata, Galaxy, and Simcoe, and swirling 'round like a glass of pineapple juice. I'm thinking about what's preferential - actualized aromas of jackfruit, mandarin, and pineapple, or the fullbore flavors of melon, guava, and tangelo. Well, guess I get to enjoy both - time for some intellectual imbibing.

.% - Zoom in - we made a new XPA and it's quite a LITTLE BEAUTY. A New Zealand Cascade Extra Pale Ale with big emphasis on that NZ Cascade part, courtesy of our friends at Garston Hops. This is a punchy, hop-forward XPA with a beautiful pale straw pour and lots of fruity aromas and flavor; mango, papaya, and tangerine with a little lime and a whiff of wheat behind the hop character. Dry, highly carbonated, and easy-drinking - it's quite a little beauty.

.% - This Dark Mexican Style Lager is here to shatter the myth that all dark beers are heavy. With rich notes of caramel, toffee, toast, and just a hint of roast, Luna Negra brings depth without the weight. Crafted to be perfectly crushable, this beer is all about balance. The darker malts give it a smooth, roasty edge, but they don't overpower its easy-drinking style. So, whether you're unwinding after a long day or just kicking back with friends, Luna Negra has the flavor to keep things interesting and the drinkability to keep the night going.

Hazy DIPA

.% - Whether you’re craving something crisp and easy-drinking or a beer with delicate nuance, Precision Helles is the perfect choice. Crafted with simplicity in mind, we use only Weyermann Pilsner malt, Hallertau Mittelfrüh hops, and our preferred lager yeast strain—allowing us to focus on process details with precision. This beer was put through a very cool fermentation process and extended lagering period that allowed for natural carbonation.

.% - It's time to REIGNITE YOUR SOUL with the power of the Hazy DIPA. This is an .% punchy hazy with a trio of Citra, Strata, and Cashmere hops. A bright, hazy pineapple-juice body bursts with aromas of guava, apricot and tangerine. Well-hidden alcohol weaves through a juicy body of lovely flavors like honeydew melon and mango with a zesty finish. Let's reignite.

% - One of our favorite malt and hop driven lager styles and more traditionally referred to as polotmavý ležák, or half-dark lager, in Czechia. Shadows in Bloom is the perfect intersection of deeply flavorful malt and spicy Czech Saaz hops. A single decoction mash step develops flavors of rich whole wheat and seeded bread crust with hints of desiccated currants and burnt sugar. The saturated hop character helps balance but also enhances the malt as well. Don’t be fooled by the dark amber color and multitude of flavors, Shadows in Bloom is only % alcohol by volume and retains very high drinkability.

.% - Reach for something SHINY AND NEW, like this West Coast IPA we jammed with experimental hop ADHA- (and a touch of Citra and Amarillo), courtesy of our friends at Latitude and Roy Farms. This clear, pale yellow-hued glass bursts with aromas of white gummy bears, dehydrated strawberries, and ripe nectarine. On the palate, we're getting big, big flavors of white peach and limeaide with a tropical backbone and medium bitterness. If you're craving some shine, we've got the newest.

% - Sour Ale Aged in Oak With Raspberries & Vanilla

.% - SPORE is a hazy India Pale Ale constructed of base malts plus copious amounts of wheat and oats to create cumulonimbus like mouthfeel and body. Hopped heavily across the board (including dry hops - DDH, bro...) with Mosaic, Nelson, and Sabro. SPOREs hops are explosive on the pallet and in the aroma. Mosaic and Nelson lay down fruity pebbles, nectarine, and guava aromatics layered in with some coconut from the Sabro. The final product feels like drinking a tropical drink on an island BUT you’re probably just chillin’ on your couch man...

.% - Spritzy is our brand of Hard Seltzer that isn't meant to be complicated, but it does politely separate itself from the unremarkable flavors of mass marketed seltzer. Our focus is to create refreshing profiles that use ZERO extracts or

WC IPA

Riper red berry fruit sings over the tart finish resulting in a pleasurable, quenching crunch. A perfected adult version of Sour Patch Kids candy. A floaty fleshiness develops by the second glass – which, btw, arrives quickly – with some mellowing watermelon notes on the mid-palate.

This wine is a lovely, balanced wine that delivers lovely aromas of fresh tropical flavors with lots of guava, gooseberry and lemon grass. The aromas are intense and the palate delivers with equal intensity. This wine is concentrated without being heavy. It has a layered rich mouthfeel with a great crisp acidity and a vibrant long lingering finish.

At Las Jaras, our goal is to make delicious wine that has tons of energy and balance. We want them to be vibrant, delicate, and supple all at the same time while also being food friendly and easy for anyone to enjoy. Our wines are intended to reflect the unique terroir of the vineyards using minimal intervention so you can taste their natural, rhythmic expression. If you are not used to drinking wines made this way, the experience can be a revelation.

The nose of this crisp Sauv Blanc is a knock-out with gooseberry and freshly picked apples leaping out from the glass. None of the over-the-top green notes that New Zealand is famous for, this is stylistically much closer to the Loire Valley (Sancerre). Lighter end of medium bodied with juicy citrus, great flinty mineral tones and uber-zesty acidity on the finish.

An accessible orange wine made from a blend of white grapes that are anywhere from to years old. The vines are planted on calcareous clay soils. The grapes were hand-harvested together in early October, allowed to macerate for eight weeks on skins with spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel lasting eight weeks. Unfiltered. Not an extreme type of orange wine but just lightly colored and slightly cloudy.
